Complex situations.
Handled.

When a launch is slipping, a vendor has gone quiet, or a project has no owner, Canada Strategic Solutions takes control, builds the recovery plan, and drives it to completion.

The mandate

When failure is not an option, CSS gets it handled.

We are engaged for the work that cannot be left to drift: a facility opening with unresolved dependencies, a project that has lost control, a transition involving too many moving parts, or a high-priority initiative without a dedicated execution owner.

What we take on

Execution capacity for work that is too important to stall.

CSS works across functions, vendors, contractors, and leadership teams to establish control and keep the work moving.

Ongoing ownership. After the first engagement, an Execution Retainer from $8,000 per month keeps one accountable owner on a program, an opening schedule, or a portfolio of locations.
Retail Operations & Store Execution

Clear the backlog. Get stores ready. Know what customers see.

CSS organizes and manages supplemental project teams for retailers facing freight backlogs, store-readiness deadlines, and multi-location execution challenges, and audits the results.

Freight-to-Floor Recovery

Defined assignments to move delivered merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, following the retailer's approved procedures.

  • Stocking and replenishment support
  • Backroom organization and staging
  • Prioritized backlog clearance

Resets, Openings & Readiness

Managed execution support for store resets, new openings, and time-sensitive readiness work.

  • Merchandising and reset support to client specifications
  • Opening and rollout readiness
  • Coordinated work across multiple locations

Mystery Shopping & Service Evaluations

Discreet, structured evaluations of real customer journeys across in-person, telephone, email, website, and online-ordering channels.

  • Greeting, responsiveness, and order accuracy
  • Sales practices and customer follow-through
  • Confidential reporting to authorized leadership

Compliance Audits & Scorecards

Visible-condition reviews that show whether each location is meeting the client's operating and brand standards.

  • Cleanliness, shelf availability, pricing, and signage
  • Location scorecards and cross-location trends
  • Corrective-action recommendations
One accountable execution partner. CSS scopes the workload, assembles the appropriate team, coordinates supervision and service windows, and documents completion against agreed targets. Engagements can begin with a paid Central Texas pilot; team makeup, pricing, onboarding, insurance requirements, evaluation criteria, and confidentiality terms are confirmed before work starts.
The call comes when

The situation is expensive, visible, or moving too slowly.

CSS is built for defined, high-priority engagements—not permanent headcount and not another layer of commentary.

01A facility opening is approaching, but critical work remains unresolved.
02A project has fallen behind and no one owns the complete recovery plan.
03Vendors, materials, contractors, or documentation threaten the deadline.
04Leadership inherited a disorganized initiative that must be stabilized quickly.
05A transition or acquisition needs one accountable person driving execution.
The CSS approach

Clarity first. Then decisive execution.

I

Assess the situation

Identify the true objective, immediate risks, stalled decisions, dependencies, and financial consequences.

II

Establish control

Create the recovery structure, priorities, ownership, reporting cadence, and escalation path.

III

Drive execution

Coordinate the people, vendors, decisions, and deliverables required to restore momentum.

IV

Close with confidence

Verify completion, document outcomes, resolve handoffs, and leave the client with a controlled operation.

“The value is not another plan. The value is having someone take ownership and make the plan happen.”

CSS may serve as the prime coordinator and assemble the right team for the work. Licensed trades, engineering, remediation, regulated transportation, legal, accounting, and insurance-related services are performed by appropriately licensed or qualified providers; CSS does not represent itself as the licensed provider of those services. Warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment are in development — see the proposed Pflugerville facility.
